The Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewuare II, CFR, has congratulated Senator Monday Okpebholo on his inauguration as the Governor of Edo State.
In a statement released by the Benin Traditional Council signed by Secretary Mr. Frank Irabor, the monarch commended Governor Okpebholo’s track record as a seasoned businessman and politician, expressing confidence in his ability to lead Edo State effectively. His Royal Majesty highlighted the governor’s potential to bring significant progress to the state, both locally and internationally.
The Oba called on Governor Okpebholo to embrace an inclusive style of governance, prioritizing the well-being and development of all Edo residents.
