Prince Clem Ikanade Agba Congratulates Edo State on 32nd Anniversary

Former Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, has extended his congratulations to the Edo State Government and its citizens on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of state creation.

 

As a distinguished member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), he expressed in a statement that Edo’s progress was due largely to unity and hard work. While acknowledging that there is still much work to be done, he remains optimistic that greater strides will be made towards achieving an even more prosperous Edo.

 

Agba also took time to commend successive administrations – both military and civil – for their contributions towards developing the state thus far. He gave special recognition to traditional institutions and royalties who have facilitated effective communication between government officials and ordinary people in promoting peace, security, and overall development across various domains within Edo.

 

In particular, Agba acknowledged Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Ewuare II – Oba of Benin; Alhaji Haliru H. Momoh – Otaru of Auchi Sacred Kingdom; HRH Anselm Aidenojie II – Ojuromi of Uromi; as well as other royal fathers whose collective efforts have been instrumental in ensuring steady progress within the state.

 

Agba applauded all citizens both at home and abroad for their unwavering patriotism towards their beloved state while urging them to continue working together with one another in order to achieve continued prosperity through love, peace, unity among themselves as they strive toward building a better future not only for this generation but also generations yet unborn.
